This website is operated by Marion Lubach, founder of The Beautiful Life. I am responsible for processing your personal data as described in this notice.

The Beautiful Life processes your first name, email address, account and progress information, saved answers and Check-In history, payment status, transaction reference, communications and information you choose to share for personal guidance.

We use this information to provide your free or paid account and personal PDFs, save progress and Check-Ins, handle payments and invoicing, send service messages and deliver agreed personal guidance.

Answers in the digital journey are not used for advertising or analytics and are not automatically visible to Marion. You choose which information to share for personal analysis and conversations.

Your data is stored in a secure database (Neon Postgres, EU). Connections are always encrypted via HTTPS. Emails are sent via a secure SMTP connection. Access is limited to Marion and strictly necessary technical administrators.

We keep your data as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected — or as long as legally required for financial administration (seven years for invoices). You can request deletion at any time.

You have the right to:

• Request access to your personal data
• Have your data corrected or deleted
• Object to processing
• Withdraw your consent
• File a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority

A company administrator can see only necessary invitation and activation details. Your answers, reflections, scores, personal progress and Blueprint remain private. When company access ends, your personal answers and independently purchased access are retained.

For a referral, we record its connection to a purchase and the associated credit transactions. Referrers see only their own totals and credit statuses, never another participant’s personal details or content.

This website uses only functional cookies necessary for the site to work — such as your login and language preference. When you follow a personal referral link, we temporarily remember that referral for the period stated in the campaign. No advertising cookies or third-party analytics.
