About Marion
From the outside, everything may still function perfectly well. You do what is needed, carry responsibility and keep a lot going. Yet inside, you notice that your life no longer fully fits who you have become.
I am Marion Lubach, founder of The Beautiful Life and a Conscious Life Designer. I developed Conscious Life Design for people who do not want to become someone else again, but want to understand themselves better and discover what truly fits them.

Marion Lubach is the creator of the KRAM method.
Discover the KRAM methodAs a child, I was insecure and anxious. At a young age, I decided I did not want to remain afraid for the rest of my life. That decision made me curious about what becomes possible when you stop living only by what you have learned and allow yourself to choose a different direction.
At eighteen, I moved to Paris. Italy, travel, entrepreneurship and life in Spain followed. I learned new languages, built different lives and began again whenever circumstances called for it.
Not because I was never afraid, but because I discovered that fear can be present without making all your decisions.
Behind every choice is a person with a history, needs, qualities, desires and sometimes beliefs that once offered protection but later became too small.
That is why I trained as a life coach and in hypnotherapy. I explored communication, human patterns and the way thoughts, the body, our surroundings and practical circumstances influence one another.
My professional background began in interior design. There, I learned that a beautiful space is not created simply by adding more.
First, you look at the person living there. What still works? What takes up too much room? What is missing? What deserves protection? And what becomes possible when everything works together better?
Later, the same question became more personal: what if not just a space, but an entire life no longer fully fits?
I know what it is like to function well while feeling increasingly distant from yourself.
I know how it feels when:
your work, relationship or everyday life no longer fits you;
you have spent years mainly caring for what others need;
loss, health or financial uncertainty has changed your life;
you function strongly on the outside but feel less and less room within;
you want change but do not know what to keep and what to let go.
My own life has included love, success, entrepreneurship and beautiful places. It has also included chronic illness, loss, financial uncertainty, weight gain during menopause, children beginning their own lives and a marriage that nearly ended.
I did not just have to begin again. I had to learn to see again what truly fitted me.
I learned that change does not always begin with a big decision. Often, it begins with looking honestly at what still works, what no longer serves you, what is missing and what needs a different place.
Even a period in network marketing — something I initially had strong assumptions about — became a valuable part of my exploration. It taught me to deal with visibility, rejection and other people's opinions. I saw how quickly we put people in boxes and how many choices we avoid for fear of no longer belonging. Stepping outside my safe, familiar route showed me how much growth becomes possible when fear no longer makes your decisions. An experience does not have to last forever to be valuable.
Together, these experiences formed the basis of Conscious Life Design and the KRAM method.
I combine my background in design, coaching, hypnotherapy and entrepreneurship with lived experience.
This means I look not only at what someone feels or thinks, but also at how an insight can find a real place in work, relationships, health, time, money, surroundings and everyday choices.
I turn complex human patterns into understandable questions and concrete design choices. Not to decide what your life should look like, but to help you discover what feels right for you.
I work with warmth, honesty and directness.
I will not tell you that anything is possible if you want it enough. Circumstances are real. Responsibilities are real. Health, money and relationships have a genuine influence.
Yet within that reality, there is often more choice available than we can still see.
Conscious Life Design does not look backwards endlessly or ask you to keep improving yourself. We use what you have learned, make room for who you are now and focus on the choices that can help your life fit better.
The Beautiful Life is for people who feel that their current life no longer fully reflects who they have become.
You begin by making space. Then you explore what is truly yours. Next, you organise your insights with KRAM and bring them together in the digital Beautiful Life Blueprint you build for yourself.
No imposed ideal. No perfect final plan. A growing ability to choose consciously.
